Account Deletion Guide
1.
Click the ‘Delete Account’ button at the bottom of the screen to go to the MazM Account Center.
2.
Log in to the MazM Account Center.
3.
Click the ‘Delete Account’ button at the bottom of the screen.
4.
Read the instructions in the pop-up and press ‘Confirm’ after reviewing.
5.
Once you press ‘Confirm,’ your account will be suspended and permanently deleted after 90 days.
Account Deletion Policy
Would you like to delete your MazM account?
If you have not canceled your subscription, account deletion will not be possible. Please cancel your subscription first before proceeding with account deletion.
If you delete your account, all game progress and related data linked to your MazM account will be deleted.
Once the process is completed, your account will be suspended for 90 days. If you log into your MazM account within 90 days, you can cancel the deletion request.
After 90 days, account recovery will no longer be possible, and requests for access to account information will not be processed.
